The location of the hotel was great and favourable - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cial Convention Centre. It took us 10 minutes to drive to this exceptionally friendly accommodation from the airport. The room was neat and we liked the stay.

The hotel's policy of not allowing direct calls to the property was inconvenient. Lastly, the constant emails from the hotel asking for payment, even after partial payment was made, felt intrusive and annoying.

We were particularly impressed with the excellent room service, as they promptly addressed any issues that arose. The breakfast spread was also a highlight, with options that catered to all palates, including children. our stay was pleasant, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, making it difficult to stay connected.
